We are committed to be as environmentally conscious as possible and choose 100% carbon neutral delivery using Sendle. Australia Post may also be used in cases where Sendle is unavailable (Po Boxes or Rural areas).

Orders are processed within 2-4 days of purchase but please allow up to 7 days for personalised orders (with the exception of peak seasons such as Christmas, we ask for your patience during these periods). Please note that we are a family run business and do our best to have orders out during these time frames but if you require an order sooner please choose express post option. Delivery can take up to 7-14 days to be received with delays being experienced currently due to COVID19. International orders may take up to 7-30 days to arrive depending on location. Free local pick up (Caloundra) is available for the Sunshine Coast locals (please select “pick up” on the shipping page then contact me to arrange a suitable time).

Tracking notifications are emailed upon shipment of your order. Please send an email if you require a personalised item sooner than the outlined time frames and we will do our best to help.

We prefer to reduce our environmental impact by using recycled packaging and biodegradable post bags (home compostable) as much as possible and do our best to ensure your purchase arrives safely.


Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges for changes of mind and ALL sales are final and cannot be returned. We will happily replace any faulty items if we are informed within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at Geri@lileve.com.au we may ask for a photograph or return of the faulty item at buyers expense. Damage as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If a replacement product is not available, you will be refunded the purchase price processed via your original method of payment. We are unable to refund shipping costs. We ask you to please keep in mind that many of our products are handmade and any slight imperfections are considered character of that item.
